To report an error, email connect@altinvestor.net with the URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and where possible the source that contradicts it. Reports are acknowledged within three working days.
A factual error is corrected in the article, and a dated note at the foot of the article says what was changed and when. The original wording is not silently overwritten.
A change of circumstances, for example a provider closing an offering or a regulator taking action, is handled as an update, dated in the same way.
A difference of opinion about an assessment is not a correction. Nathan will consider it, and may add a response, but the article stands unless the facts underneath it are shown to be wrong.
Providers are treated the same as any other reader. A provider that pays for introductions does not get its corrections handled faster or its criticism removed.
